Shipping policy

At PM Mondragón, we work to ensure that every order arrives safely and efficiently. Below are our shipping terms and conditions.

  1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During high-demand seasons or special launches, processing times may be extended.

  1. Shipping Methods and Costs

Delivery times begin once the order has been processed and shipped.

  • Domestic Shipping (Mexico): 2 to 6 business days.
  • International Shipping (if applicable): 5 to 15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, logistical conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

We offer free shipping on orders equal to or greater than $1,200 MXN.
The minimum amount required for free shipping is calculated based on the final order total after discounts or promotions are applied.

  1. Free Shipping Conditions

If a partial return is made on an order that qualified for free shipping, and the final retained amount falls below $1,200 MXN, the actual original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

This policy ensures the commercial balance of the promotion.

  1. Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times for domestic orders are 2 to 6 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations or external factors beyond our control.

  1. Order Tracking

Once the shipment has been generated, the customer will receive a tracking number via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment directly with the carrier.

  1. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, or failure to receive the package, the customer must cover the reshipping cost. 
Refunds will not be issued for errors in the information provided.

  1. Responsibility During Shipping

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, transportation is subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions.
PM Mondragón is not responsible for carrier delays, logistical incidents, or force majeure events beyond our control.

  1. Damaged in Transit

If the package shows visible damage upon delivery, the customer should report it immediately to the carrier.
The customer must notify PM Mondragón within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of both the packaging and the product.
Claims cannot be processed without photographic evidence.
